SECTION 2 BASICS 2
1. Thigh roundhouse, cross, switch, stamp kick, elbow thigh roundhouse.
2. Rear heel kick, cross sweep, cross, jab, shuffle side kick.
3. Knee guard / high guard, cross, jab, ridgehand thigh roundhouse.
4. 20 low kick drill.
5. 20 mid kick drill.
6. 20 high kick drill.
