2. Side kick in horse stance, reverse punch, side kick, back fist, reverse punch.
3. Roundhouse kick, reverse punch, roundhouse kick, back fist, reverse punch.
4. 15 punch drill.
5. 22 mid body Dim mak drill.
SECTION 2 BASICS 2
1. Reverse roundhouse (hook) kick leading leg, reverse roundhouse (hook) kick rear leg.
2. Reverse punch, ridgehand strike, side kick (rear leg).
3. Roundhouse kick, back kick, back fist, reverse punch.
4. 20 low kick drill.
5. 20 mid kick drill.
SECTION 3 PARTNER BASICS 1
1. Short fist blocking drills 1, 2 & 3 with partner.
2. Fishtail block 5 step.
3. Inverted lower block 3 step against front snap kicks.
SECTION 4 PARTNER BASICS 2
1. Roundhouse kick attack, palm block, reverse punch counter (circling)
2. Multi - blocking 2 with knives.
SECTION 5 FORMS - CHI’ANG SHOU FA LONGFIST
1. Old Earth Form.
2. Earth Form.
3. Fire Form.
4. Metal Form.
5. Young Tiger Form.
6. Fierce Tiger Form.
SECTION 6 & 7 COMBAT
1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th one steps (hard).

1. Jab, cross hook, uppercut & ridgehand strikes.
2. Jab, cross, duck, cross, elbow, knee, & roundhouse kick.
SECTION 9 KICK - TOUCHING
Leg and knife blocking drill kick touching.
Floor kicking drill.
SECTION 10 SEMI / FREESTYLE
1. Lunge punch attack, countered by knife hand block and straight punch (done together).
Semi contact freestyle sparring.
2. Medium speed freestyle sparring (with fighting stances).
