3. 1st Tiger Form YOUNG TIGER
Ready position with intention to move to the left 6 – 9 on clock.
1 Double straight punch to chest with chi-shout.
2 Step left into left stance, L straight punch to head.
3 R straight punch to stomach.
4 L straight punch to stomach.
5 Take a half step with L foot and punch L straight punch to head.
6 Kick with a R front kick to stomach.
7 Land in a R stance and R straight punch to head.
9 – 3 on clock.
8 Turn to left and step into a L leaning stance executing a L rising backfist.
9 Slide back into a L cat stance and execute a L downward palm.
10 Follow with a L palm block to the R at shoulder height.
11 Punch with a L straight punch to head.
12 Punch with a R short straight punch to stomach.
13 Step forwards into a R stance with a R elbow strike to head.
14 Move forwards with a L front kick to stomach, land in a L stance.
15 Punch with a L straight punch to head.
3 – 12 on clock.
16 Pivot to a low R stance and punch with a L straight punch to chest with R side open

17 Step into a low L stance and punch with a R straight punch to chest with L side
Open hand guard.
18 Execute a L leaning punch to head.
19 Move into a long R stance whilst striking with a R fa-jing shadow punch.
12 – 9 on clock.
20 Land in a L closed leg stance with a L lower and R upper tiger claw guard.
21 Execute a L leg side kick to knee height.
22 Land forwards with L leg into a horse stance and R backfist punch to head.
23 From there double short straight punch R, L to stomach.
24 Moving forward into a R stance with a R backfist to head and a L finger jab to eyes.
25 Land in a R stance and execute a R backfist to head.
9 – 3 – 9 – 3 on clock.
26 Slide backwards into a R back-stance towards 3 and punch with a L straight punch to Head with a R open hand guard covering head height.
27 Step forwards towards 9 into a L forward-stance and punch with a R straight punch to Head with a L open hand guard covering head height.
28 Shuffle and slide back towards 3 and kick with a R leg side kick to stomach.
29 Land in a R high horse stance and punch with a R backfist to head.
30 Then double-punch to stomach with a L and R straight punch.
31 Then punch to head with a R shadow punch, landing in a R stance.
3 – 6 on clock.
32 Pivot to L into a L horse-stance with a R straight punch to chest with a L open hand
Guard.
33 Switch stance into a R horse-stance with a L straight punch to chest with a R open
Hand guard.
34 Move forwards with a double front jumping kick L and R to stomach.
35 Land in a R forward stance and punch with R snapping straight punch to head.
36 Pivot to finish point and double punch to chest with chi-shout.
