From Sunday 21st January 07 Ganga Daa Tibetan lame tiger Style Kung Fu is being taught as an individual art. The Class will be held on Sundays 11.30 to 13.00 hrs At the John Carroll Leisure Centre Denman St Radford Nottingham.
Sundays are our beginners session, however you will find this is a great class as all the club is there. seniors working on forms and honing instructional skills an polishing up on basics. juniors and of course the beginners. Do not be fooled the class is still demanding and this is where new subjects for study are introduced and your physical development begins.
Tuesday is the Advanced group and is taught under the Heading of the Comara to allow the selected techniques from 14 different arts to be taught as one.
Tuesday night is not restricted by grade age or ability however this is a very demanding session both physically and mentally. It does include Sparring. You will learn much about yourself at this class.
As of Wednesday 24th January 07 Ganga Daa -- Lame Tiger style Kung Fu will be taught as an individual style at the B.R.S.A. Railway Club Bestwood Road Bulwell Nottingham.
At the core of Phil mead's Comara group is the art of Chiang Shou Fa Kung Fu, Chiang Shou Fa, is in itself a very powerful tool using both internal and external techniques.
These are made all the more effective by its willingness to accept techniques and thinking from other style.
The core of Chiang Shou Fa Kung Fu is retained and remembered in its original form within a set of Forms.
Student will Need to be able to perform these forms and have a good understanding of the combat application of the techniques within them to grade in this style.
