Earth Form
This is a novice form required by our sylabus.Most of the movements contained within this form are repeated on leading left and right defence/attacks. The fine points of turning and directions will be explained at class.
With all forms special attention should be paid to stances and correct extension of strikes.

Moving to your left
Right crossing high palm into left forward stance left sword block
Right lunge punch, reverse punch
Moving to your right
Left crossing high palm (feet together) into right forward stance right sword block

Draw left foot back and chamber fists at left with feet together right high augmented block
Moving to your left
Left forward stance double downward strike chamber right fist
Right lunging inside block left lunging inside block open palm downward knife hand
Right lunging sliding punch turning 180º chambering fists to left with feet together

Left forward stance double downward strike chamber right fist
Right lunge punch, reverse punch
Draw right foot back and chamber fists at right with feet together

Key points of this form simply can not be converted into text. The essence and vigour of this form is lost when it is translated in this way. This text should only be used by current students as a learning tool when not training under an appointed instructor of the Chi'ang Shou Fa and Oriental Boxing Society.
