0/  Starting at point A and facing G.

1/  Feet together fists and forearms together Double Uppercut punches to chin.

2/  Moving to the left with Left hand Backfist to head.

3/  Moving into left low forward stance with right Reverse punch and left head guard.

4/  Sliding up into Double forearm block.

5/  Move forward with left leg Roundhouse kick to head

6/  Into low left stance with right hand Reverse punch with side guard.

7/  Turning to right with Right hand Backfist to head.

8/  Moving into right low forward stance with left Reverse punch and right head guard.

9/   Sliding up into Double forearm block.

10/ Move forward with right leg Roundhouse kick to head.
