Hi all......

This weekends seminar is for everyone who wants to learn more about the art of fighting in the sparring.

Sparring is not an easy thing to grasp especially for beginners but, it is an integral part of our training and a necessary one too.

Learning to hone your fighting skills is not without it's limits but a least by learning to spar correctly then you can lessen those limits.

This Sundays seminar is all about sparring and will start around 2pm until 5pm.

Everyone in Kickboxing and Kung fu is advised to attend and the cost is just £35.
