Grading results...
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL.Everyone has passed but, JUST I might add.
Well the grading results are in and they have been interesting indeed.
I think that this time the grading was not taken seriously enough by some of you and therefore the next grading will be much tougher on everyone because of this.
Everyone has passed so I can congratulate you all on this - however the points and marks you received this time were very low in fact, borderline. This kind of result is not good enough to achieve the standards we have set for you later in your training.
You all need to work harder at getting the maximum points during a grading and personally I think it was all taken a bit too lightly.
Congratulations to all who passed their first grade exam the above comments do not include you as you have just started your journey with us but please be aware that grades can go down as well as up so, your best attendance and effort in class and gradings is required to get to the coveted Black Sash.
We need everyone to pull their fingers out and train harder from now on. I will not allow this to happen again so I will be keeping an eye on all of you.
