Old Earth Form
This is the first form required by our syllabus.
The movements contained within it are repeated on leading left and right defence/attacks. With all forms special attention should be paid to stances and correct extension of strikes.
Bow
Look left and turning to left 90º
Right crossing spear hand Inverted ridge hand into left forward stance
Lunge punch into right forward stance left reverse punch
Rotate chambered fist into sliding right punch
Double tiger left extended
Downward right knife hand into back stance
Circling double hammer fist into cat stance
Open guard right front kick
Turning to your right 180º
Left crossing spear hand Inverted ridge hand into right forward stance
Lunge punch into left forward stance right reverse punch
Rotate chambered fist into sliding left punch
Double tiger right extended
Downward left knife hand into back stance
Circling double hammer fist into cat stance
Open guard left front kick
Turning to your left 90º
