Combat techniques

One Step Techniques (Multi-Defence Hard & Soft).
1/ Hard:
Lunge punch attack with right hand to chest.
Defend with left hand palm strike (elbow), right hand twist reverse punch (stomach), right leg roundhouse kick (stomach), left hand spinning backfist,
step round with right hand reverse punch (back), Shuffle & step with left leg side kick (knee).
2/ Soft:
Lunge punch attack with right hand to chest.
Defend with right hand fishtail block & left hand straight punch (face) together, grab opp's
Shoulder with left hand, and grab opp’s wrist with right hand, sweep opp’s right leg with
Your left leg still holding with your right hand on wrist then switch to your left hand, punch
Opp’s stomach right hand, then his face, dropping into a horse stance bend opp’s arm at
Elbow, catch opp’s wrist with both hands to chicken wing lock and raise your stance.
3/ Soft:
Lunge punch attack with right hand to chest.
Defend with left hand palm block to wrist then grab, left leg side kick (stomach),
Turn opp’s hand to lock toward your left side, as opp’ lands lift with both hands on wrist and Kick opp’s back, stomp kick to opp’s face, drop to your back and armbar opp’s right arm.
4/ Soft:
Lunge punch attack with right hand to chest.
Defend with left knife hand strike to opp’s bi-cep, (going under attacking arm), grab opp’s Out-stretched arm with your right hand, your left hand now strikes to opp’s throat with knife Hand, your left leg step’s over opp’s right leg to sweep to floor (opp now face down) Stomp kick to back of opp’s head, then sit on opp’s back raising opp’s arm into armbar
Cross your legs and pivot round to sit on floor then change to chicken wing lock.
5/ Hard:
Lunge punch attack with right hand to stomach.
Defend with left hand forearm block then same hand circular backfist (head), step through With right leg and lunge with right elbow (head), continue to turn then elbow to opp’s back With a strengthened elbow strike, step back with your left leg into a right stance, strike with A right knife hand chop to opp’s neck, then right roundhouse kick to opp’s stomach.
6/ Soft:
Lunge punch attack with right hand to stomach.
Defend with right inverted forearm block and circle into wrist grab, your left hand straight
Punches to opp’s head then drops into knife hand strike to opp’s arm continue to lunge Forward with your right leg and still holding opp’s wrist, chicken wing style, drop to floor
Keep opp’s wrist on top, a then with both hands lift opp up and right leg kicks to opp’s back, Right leg then slips under opp’s neck as you drop onto your right side pulling you opp as you Go, your left leg now goes over opp’s neck and locks onto your right leg, chicken wing lock Opp’s wrist to finish.
7/ Hard:
Lunge punch attack with right hand to stomach.
Defend with square on stance then side step to your right, then your left hand down block’s Pivot into left stance and reverse punch with your right hand to opp’s stomach, your left leg Front kicks to opp’s face then side kicks to stomach (same leg), move forward with right leg Roundhouse kick to head then left spinning hook kick to opp’s head, then right leg round-House kick to opp’s head to finish.
