Students are expected to consistently practise and refine this drill. Students will tested on this drill for further advancement. All students should show a high skill level in this drill as it does not require any space to practise and can be practised anywhere.

 

The above drill was created by Grand Master Mead and is used to introduce our students to the intricacies of short fist. The whole drill is split into four parts and is practised solo and with a partner.
