Since 1979, Watson's Martial Arts Excellence has been providing instruction in many martial arts in the Greenock, Inverclyde area.

Our Sifu Sifu James Watson has over 30 years of training within martial art schools from 1972 to the present day including in depth study of the human anatomy, nerve structure and pressure point application.
